• Fleurie: White, creamy, smooth, and slightly nutty.
• Washed: Orange color, intense and full-bodied flavors.
• Sheep or goat: Cheese with a refined character and delicate, subtle aromas.
• Half hard cheese: Mature Tomme cheese with rich, harmonious flavors.
• Pressed cooked cheese: Comté from May 2024, fruity and round, with slight crystallization.
